All The Other Kids With The Doctor Who'd Kicks...

Dear "legitimate" news sources, The Onion is satire. Wikipedia that shit if you don't understand what that means. (ABC News)

I'm sure that most of you are considering getting started on some holiday shopping. May I suggest these sweet sneaks? (Pretty Sneaky)

When your ecstatic gift recipient is ready to take off their Doctor Who kicks, they can wrap themselves in a Rainbow Brite body cozy! (Neatorama)

You need money to buy those things, yeah? Here are some numbers about the huge jackpot everyone is squealing about. (USA Today)

Here is a NASA article about Super Jupiter and some imaging? I don't know. Nerd it up! (NASA)

I think you need some pie after all that thinking. HEre is a recipe for Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Pecan Pie. (Yum Universe)

I'll Send an SOS to the World...

MelBivDevoe

In April, a man in the Shetland Islands found a message in a bottle that has recently been certified as the oldest one ever found.  It spent 98 years floating before it was pulled from the sea.  Have you ever found and/or responded to a message in a bottle?  (National Geographic)

Well, this is certainly another way to send a message.  A woman in New Zealand, recently divorced, sent her wedding ring into space on a homemade rocket.  Definitely more poetic than simply pawning the ring.  (io9)

This charming video comes to us via KatSings.  There's something for everyone here, whether you're a fan of Sesame Street, Doctor Who, the Avengers, Newsroom, the Hunger Games, or just enjoy a catchy tune.  (EW)

T. Rex.  High.  Heels.  YES.  I wish there were more details available about these shoes, like who made them and how can I buy them??  (The Gloss)

It's a Shpadoinkle Day!

MelBivDevoe

Oh, my heart's as full as a baked potato, guys!  Troma Entertainment, the film studio behind such classics as "The Toxic Avenger" and "Surf Nazis Must Die," is releasing all 150 of their movies on YouTube!  Which means you can now watch Trey Parker and Matt Stone's musical masterpiece "Cannibal! The Musical" for free!  Although, if you really want to enjoy this hilarious schlock fest, you'll have to get the DVD and listen to the "Drunken Director's Commentary."  It's hands-down my favorite commentary track ever.  (BoingBoing)

Alexander SkarsgĂ„rd posed for GQ recently and - it doesn't matter what I say, you're not reading this because you already clicked the link.  (TLo)

Bill Murray is My Spirit Guide

MelBivDevoe

Good morning!  Some days, you wake up and think, eh, I'm just not feeling it today.  That's me today.  So, let's ease into things, shall we?

How about the most adorable photo of a baby gorilla ever to get us started?  Man, that stethoscope must've been cold, look at that expression!  I just want to smush his widdle face!  (Buzzfeed)

Here's a gallery of the stars who have stopped by Sesame Street over the years.  Man, I loved Lily Tomlin's Edith Ann when I was little! (EW)

Josh Hutcherson, best known as Peeta from "The Hunger Games," is auctioning off the chance for five lucky winners to have dinner with him.  Proceeds from the auction will benefit a paralyzed young woman who attended his alma mater.  Forget the gorilla, I want to smush Josh's cute widdle face!  I would totally enter that contest myself, but it might be weird if a 29 year old woman showed up to dinner and just gawked at him all night.  (Crushable)

Happy Birthday Elvis Stojko ! (With Additional Heart-Warmingness)

Park

Okay, perhaps if you're not Canadian the birth of Elvis Stojko isn't a thing and the connection between figure skating and internet links isn't clear... but trust..the man is amazing!!!  And while I don't know the man personally, I feel like he's the type that would love internet links for his b-day (see Elvis, I get you)

Here are some links that may or may not relate to the majesty of Elvis Stojko (okay, they almost 100% don't relate)

Here's an interview with the newest Dr Who Companion.  What do we think about her? (I like her, and I bet Elvis does too) (Doctor WhoUK)

I'm Not Gonna Lie, You May Be Grossed Out Today

Pinky McLadybits

Above a urinal. She's got my vote!
Let's start off with a couple of links concerning lady parts, shall we? Even if you don't want to, too bad! I HAVE THE POWER. Ahem.

I've seen sites with penises in costume so it is only right that there is now a site that shows breasts in costumes. NSFW. (via The Mary Sue)

Breasts are amazingly versatile and generally win the costume contests that they enter. Unfortunately, ovaries and uteruses and all of the things that cause us to ride the cotton pony monthly are less fun. But maybe all of the pain, fatigue, and cravings are trying to tell us something? (The Great Fitness Experiment)

Maybe next time the Crimson Tide comes a knockin' you can whip up a batch of these broccoli bites instead of eating a bag of chocolate-covered potato chips. They have cheese in them! (Food Renegade)

Too Many Contributors Only Serves To Create AWESOMESAUCE

Kolby, Park, Nora

So, they've made another Spider-man movie.  I...don't know how I feel about this, and it's probably because I can't bring myself to care.  (Pajiba)

Well, just like everything else in this great country of ours, Chrysler's Super Bowl "Halftime in America" ad has become political fodder.  What's your take on it?  (MSNBC)

We've all overheard someone stating a fact that we know to be completely untrue.  Here are a few doozies.  (Reddit)

Online dating is now the second-most popular way for couples to meet.  The first is still drunk sex followed by an awkward breakfast "date."  What you you mean?  That totally counts as a relationship!  (The Huffington Post)

Bone Luging Isn't As Dirty As It Sounds

X-MEN: FIRST CLASS SEQUEL, EVERYONE! WOOOO! (The Hollywood Reporter)

Speaking of sequels of sorts, break out your brand, put on your $3000 suit, and grab your hermano. Arrested Development is moving forward, with all cast members signed on and episodes being written! (NME)

I can't get a TARDIS front door, but this guy has turned his office into an Aperture waiting room? Not fair! (Telnets via Kotaku)

Aside from that Portal 2 run over Christmas, I don't get to play a lot of video games anymore. I blame books and movies and having just a Wii. This list of the 15 Most Frustrating Situations in Video Games still pains me all the same. (Dorkly)

Hot Links: Avoid Hockey Mask-Wearing Maniacs And You'll Be Fine

Pinky McLadybits

Happy Friday the 13th! Why do people think that a day numbered a certain way is bad luck? Even before Vorhees was on the scene, thirteen was an unlucky number and Friday the 13th? Ooooh, boy. (How Stuff Works)

Did you know that there is an actual name for those that fear Friday the 13th? They are friggatriskaidekaphobia and paraskevidekatriaphobia. Me? I fear April Fool's Day, especially since I witnessed a small plane crash in a field by the parking lot is was in, waiting for a friend for lunch. (Fark)

I had a meltdown yesterday about several ventures I am currently trying to get off the ground. Luckily, my ladies were there to pick me up, as always. I'm sure that the women and men on this list of world-changing tech founders felt that way at least once. (Entrepreneur)

Hot Links: Famewhores, Spies and Muppets, oh my!

Kolby

The humans in every single of of these pictures were eventually eaten. True story.

I'm planning on taking guitar lessons after the New Year. On an actual guitar. Clearly, I'm not setting lofty enough goals - just look at what can be done on an iPad!

Speaking of finding new and innovative ways of harnessing technology to enrich our everyday lives, I give you the iSoDamnLazy.

Need some extra cash to buy those last minute Christmas gifts? How about a second job as a British spy? Just crack this code and you'll be sipping martinis and tossing Russkies off bridges before the bell is rung for afternoon tea.

Hot Links: No, Not The Sausage Kind

Pinky McLadybits

Ever wanted to see Anthony Bourdain nude? Well, too bad.

Ten is my favorite Doctor, so much so that I've slacked on watching Doctor Who because I don't want Eleven. Apparently Captain Jack Harkness feels the same way!

Do you enjoy decorating your home? Renovating? All things style? Then you'll love the blog House*Tweaking, written by someone I went to school with since kindergarten!

Maybe you've already seen this, but I do love the site Beautiful Swear Words. Illustration of the word fart? Yes, please!
