It's a Shpadoinkle Day!

Oh, my heart's as full as a baked potato, guys!  Troma Entertainment, the film studio behind such classics as "The Toxic Avenger" and "Surf Nazis Must Die," is releasing all 150 of their movies on YouTube!  Which means you can now watch Trey Parker and Matt Stone's musical masterpiece "Cannibal! The Musical" for free!  Although, if you really want to enjoy this hilarious schlock fest, you'll have to get the DVD and listen to the "Drunken Director's Commentary."  It's hands-down my favorite commentary track ever.  (BoingBoing)

Alexander Skarsgård posed for GQ recently and - it doesn't matter what I say, you're not reading this because you already clicked the link.  (TLo)

Can you guess which male actor was recently crowned the hottest shirtless celebrity of 2012?  Here's a hint: he played a rather well-endowed dancer in "Magic Mike" this summer.  (PopSugar)

This next link will appeal to fans of Lee Pace and anyone looking forward to this winter's "The Hobbit."  (Blastr)

First, E.L. James turned her "Twilight" fan fiction into a major bestseller, "50 Shades of Grey."  Then, Casea Major turned HER "50 Shades" fan fiction into a majorly anticipated novel, "Devil's Brand."  Or did she?  Did a popular blog intimidate her into cancelling her upcoming book release? And if so, is that a good thing for the world of literature or a bad thing for self-publishing authors?  (Crushable)

Did you catch the premiere of the latest season of "Doctor Who" on Saturday?  The Mary Sue has a great series of interviews with two of its stars, Matt Smith and Karen Gillan, as well as with exec producer Caroline Skinner.  Matt's interview is here, and there are links to the others at the end of the article.  (The Mary Sue)

The First Annual Cat Video Festival was held in Minneapolis last week.  You can catch 76 of the videos here (please note, the page may take awhile to load if you're not running any extensions like Flashblock) and you can still vote for your favorite!  (BuzzFeed)

Clint Eastwood closed out last week's Republican National Convention with an uncomfortable speech in which he argued with an invisible President Obama.  It was memorable, sure, but how does it compare to other "half-invisible" comedy routines*?  (Vulture)

Artist Janne Parviainen uses LED lights and long exposures to create surreal room tracing images.  I think "Inside River" is my favorite.  (Flickr h/t Neatorama)

Jezebel asked its readers for their most horrifying period stories, and these readers did NOT disappoint.  You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll cringe in solidarity with these poor, poor women.  (Jezebel)

Pro tip for newscasters:  Don't make fun of sports like Taekwondo when you're on television, because those athletes can see and hear you.  And they might seek revenge.

*Oh, Eastwood's speech wasn't a comedy routine?  Yikes!
