Pinky's Polish Obsession: Orly Rococo-A-Go-Go

Pinky McLadybits

That photo does not do Orly's Rococo-A-Go-Go justice. It really doesn't. It is a beautiful, vampy, shimmering, burgandy with flecks of gold that sometimes looks deep purple as well.

It may be a little much for summertime, if you're a person that believes only light colors and pastels have a place in the summer, but it does make a statement.

Rococo-A-Go-Go is a part of Orly's Mineral FX line, which "contains exclusive technology that creates a special optical effect with a combination of luminous raw material and is infused with ORLY's custom Mineral Complex made up of Calcium, Iron, Aluminum, Manganese and Magnesium to help thicken and strengthen weak and thin nails."

Okay. Keen. We'll see if that works out for my nails, but let's talk about how it looks! Unlike Space Cadet, Rococo-A-Go-Go gives beautiful coverage with just one coat. And it doesn't look like vomit!

I, of course, applied a second coat. It looked even more amazing after that.

Once I got outside I could really see the purple in the color. It's casual while being sparkly and sophisticated enough to work for a night out because of the rich color. I love it! What do you think of the color?
