Ice
1 1/2 ounces of 100 percent agave blanco tequila
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau
(If you need more sweetness, add a splash of agave syrup)

Fill shaker with ice; add tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau and shake the shit outa that bitch. Salt a glass, fill with ice, pour in mix and garnish with extra lime. Pucker up!

Figgy's Amazing Honduran Limeade (Non-Alcoholic!)

Cut 6 persian limes into quarters, and place in a blender with sugar and a bit of water. Pulse the blender some 4 or 5 times, enough to crush the limes but not shred them. Run the mix through a colander into a pitcher, crushing the limes so that you get all the juice out. Add sugar and water until you get it just right. Add crushed ice, as it's best served really, really cold.

  1. Well, I think that last one is from Figgy. What with it being Figgy's name in the recipe title.
