Avon Solutions Total Radiance Eye Gel: You're My Only Hope!

Figgy

Recently I've had to change my work schedule to start the day off earlier, which means getting up at 6am every day. That's not so bad if you're smart and go to bed at a decent hour. But because I'm not, I don't, and end up going to bed at midnight or later.

So I always end up looking and acting like a hideous monster in the mornings. A shower helps wake me up, but sometimes I need a little extra help to look decent. Specifically so that I don't look like a sleep deprived swamp creature whose eyes have been stung by bees. That...made more sense in my head. Point is: Puffy eyes, not attractive.

Need help.

Enter the Solutions Plus Total Radiance Eye Gel from Avon. Horrible mouthful of a name aside, this is a pretty great little product. It comes in a tiny jar, but it only takes a tiny dab or two under my eyes to work its magic. It's very light and cool so that my eyes feel immediately refreshed and not as tired when I put it on. The puffiness goes away almost completely after a few minutes, and though it doesn't work miracles with dark circles, I have noticed that they're not nearly as bad as they used to be. The gel definitely helps in making me feel and look refreshed, and it's never irritated my very sensitive eyes.

Best thing about it? It's a tiny fraction of the price of products made by fancier brands. To be honest, I don't know if those work amazing miracles or not, but I don't feel the need to try those when I have this. It looks like a very small amount of product (.5 fl oz), but I've had this for a while and I still have a lot of it to go. It's marked at $12.50, but I remember getting it for about half of that, and Avon always has really good offers on their online store, so definitely look out for those. As I'm writing this you can buy two products from the Radiance line for $11.99!

So, the Radiance Plus Eye Gel gets a nice 7/8 tentacles from me. It hasn't completely done away with dark circles, but it's been great at refreshing and cooling away the puffiness in my eyes in the mornings. It would be nicer if it came in a tube instead of a jar (germs and whatnot), but it's pretty good as it is.

Rating: 7/8 tentacles
